Introducing the TFS Airbus A340-500 . . .

. . . so high on the polycount that it almost doesn’t even fly!

The Fruit Stand is happy to release yet again another Craig Ritchie AI Model, the Airbus A340-500.

A bit like our previous models this Airbus comes complete with several LODs and features animated landing gear, thrust reversers, drooping elevators and XML controlled flaps. Additionally it comes with an in-built delay of several weeks and an early arrival due to the TFS members enjoying their holidays and the consumption of sun cream while not wanting to wait until the end of July.

Check avsim.com and flightsim.com for the fruity A340-500, along with repaints by Fruttal Battissimo, Boris Le Veve, Federico Permutti, Denis Schranz and Phillip Tan.

    Dear People,

I like your planes and I see that they work fine. Although the fact that I get marvellous textures, but there is not a model included by that. When I start now witg the traffic line that I created, I have a lot from your compatitor trafficmakers as Aardvark and fsp, but it’s way hard to find models from your side.

My question is: Where to find models of all the planes you have created and where is it possible to download them.

With my utmost respect from my side for your work,

I hope I will hear from you soon,

    Reagards,

    Jan Prins.

    Hello,

I was wondering if there is something that I can do to my TFS A340-600 that would make it flyable by myself and appear in the aircraft selection on the FS2004 menu. Is there something special to do to make this possible?
    Thanks…

    From one of our ReadMe’s:

“This is an AI aircraft and will NOT BE VISIBLE in the aircraft selection window in flight simulator. However if you want it to be visible in the aircraft selection window, you have to edit the “TFS_A333.air” file with the program “AirEd” (available at AVSIM “aired.zip”), change “Aircraft Type” from “2″ to “0″.”
